Create UI for customizing prompts #170

The application is way more useful if users are able to create and customize their own prompts. Provide a way in the UI to customize prompts and persist the original prompts as well as new user created prompts.

can we also fix the ui so that the left and right main sections are equally distributed ? right now its mainly the transcription 2/3 of the UI. it should be 1/3 of the screen.
