Support for horizontal scrolling via keyboard arrow #840

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Slide out physical keyboard 
2. Zoom in document (djvu)
3. Press left right up down arrow keys

What is the expected output?
Document scrolls when arrow keys are pressed. 

What do you see instead?
Vertical scrolling works, horizontal scrolling doesn't work 

What version of the product are you using?

On what operating system?
Android 4.2

What device are you using?
Galaxy S Relay 4G T699
