failStoryFast option in known issues does not work if story contain givenStories #5306

"failStoryFast": true in known_issues.json file is supposed to fail all scenarios within user story. However, if those scenarios have givenStories in them, it seems to break the logic of failStoryFast. Those scenarios are executed anyway. allure.zip
