Firmware/Software Uodate #19

There was a recent release which updated both the software (app) and the firmware rendering the plug in in useable. Just wanted to provide update in case you were unaware. Previous version worked great!

i did not know this, thank you for the heads up! i'm checking it out now..

it looks like someone else has a new plugin which is compatible with the new api: https://github.com/oogje/homebridge-i6-bigAssFans

will see how i can archive/make this one non active.

I have an older Haiku fan from 2015 that the new api does not support. I have contacted Big Ass Fans and the only way for the new api (and the new smartphone app) to talk to my fan is a hardware upgrade at a cost of over $200. That's a long way of saying that this plugin is still needed for older fans. The new plugin will not work without the hardware upgrade. I appreciate not putting in additional work on a dead-end situation but please continue to make it available. Thanks!
