Add support for claiming kakera through Discord Buttons #231

Since we can't disable the buttons anymore we now need support for those image

there is code for button sniping already was waiting for discum to drop a gateway like they did with reactions didnt want to bog down the on_message block. I was thinking of a better way but not to sure how the performance will be
