Verify IIS Home Directory #62

User reported a problem with the default directory used by the installer for the default directory/site when installing to IIS. User was not using the standard c:\inetpub\wwwroot directory so the directory that was added by the installer was incorrect and cauing the default host to fail with an error message.

Need to verify the default directory or perhaps simply leave the default Tomcat config in place instead of trying to help the user here.

Reverted default tomcat host to Tomcat webroot by default for 127.0.0.1 in Lucee installers 4.5.1.022. mod_cfml 1.1 should help get newcomers on their feet right away as well so this feature may not even be necessary any longer.
