Update links on Welcome to Lucee page #78

Bob Dronski pointed out that the links on the Welcome to Lucee page no longer function. We either need to correct the links to point to new, more permanent content, or include the content with the installers so that content is available to new installs.

home page updated with reasonable links in 5.0.0.235-RC.
