Create warning message if install directory exists #86

Need to let folks know that the installer is not currently proper tool for updating an existing install. (also need to create modern documentation on the proper methods for updating the various pieces of the software included with the Installer: JVM, Tomcat, etc.

"The install directory you have chosen already exists.

While upgrading previous installations of Lucee by reinstalling might work in some cases, this method of upgrading is not officially supported. Please create a backup copy of any previous Lucee installs before proceeding."
