Force shutdown is too soon #96

Users report that the force shutdown feature of the "lucee_ctl" script happens too quickly on some machines. It would be better of the "lucee_ctl" process allowed for more time for a clean shutdown in order to properly clean-up and kill off things like database processes before directly calling a kill on the java thread.

Recommend updating the timeout of the automatic force-shutdown from 10s to 20s in order to help facilitate a clean shutdown.

This has been implemented in the lucee-5.3.2.077-pl0 build.
