The VIVO Action Planning process grew out of the VIVO Strategy Meeting, March 1, 2018. Five areas of action planning were identified -- Resources, Vision, Community Engagement, Organization and Governance, and Product Evolution. The purpose of action planning is to create a plan and execute it over the the twelve month period March 1, 2018 to Feb 28, 2019.

Task: based on #7 and based on work done by #6 select technology stack & operational environment for the front end or webapp application. This is webapp-specific datastore or API to UI(s).

Definition of Done:

[ ] Front end technology selections proposed to weekly meeting & approved
[ ] Set up repositories or codebases for those portions
[ ] Map requirements from #5 to dev tasks of webapp selection
[ ] Map work from #6 to front end technology selection(s)

August 9 call: reviewing react-static.js for front end page selection. Presumes graphql or data-exposure API as data middleware.

react-static is data source agnostic, can choose templates that have different data helper apps
