added Dockerfiles for Openshift set up for Scholars discovery project… #160

… .. Openshift can't run multi-stage builds for Docker so openshift uses concept called chained builds which are builds chained together and that is whey we have Dockerfile for build and Dockerfile for runtime which are chained together and added some openshift specific configs in okd folder which is just for reference

The only thing I'm wondering if those yaml files should go in this repo - they seem specific to Duke. Maybe Richard could weigh in on that

hi @ht29 I agree with @nymbyl those should probably not be in this repo. maybe those should live in a local repo.
