So this should read in a directory of *.ttl files for initial data - and remove all those TDB binary files
I figured it was best to just make it the default in application.yml config, since that can overridden so easily
Typically I'd merge from fork main branch into this (instead of from feature branch) - but I couldn't seem to get Github to display things correctly
