This is related to VIVO-281. linkeddata.org recommends including license info in linked data. But how to include it? A comment in the RDF? A node in the RDF? (for example:
dcterms:license http://opendatacommons.org/licenses/by/1.0/;
We would need to allow sites to configure the license info, just as they configure "terms of use".
