VIVO-410: Release 1.6 rc1 contains obsolete URIs #2101

Please tell me if any of these "findings" are in fact not a problem, so I can remove them from the list.

Adding a larger file with the results of scanning for localnames as well as for full URIs. If any of these are "false positives", please let me know and I'll exclude them from the next list.

Note: this was run against the release candidate, so it does not reflect any changes made since then.

Ran the scan against the current files. Created several issues based on the results. Ready to run again when these issues are closed.
