When exporting ontologies to formats that list prefixes (all formats except N-Triples), a large and static list of prefixes is exported whether or not the prefix is used in the ontology being exported.
Desired behavior is to include prefixes for those ontologies used in the exported ontology. That is, include the minimum number of prefixes required to define the elements in the export.
