Describe the solution you'd like We need to define set of SHACL rules applicable for all dynamic actions, and to provide examples of additional rules which might be of interest for local customization of VIVO

There will be SHACL rules for all dynamic actions. If you have any idea of rules which should be there, please state it in comments below.

Besides those rules which should be constraint for all dynamic actions, should we allow that dynamic action creator add some specific rules for their dynamic actions? Any example of use case for this?
