UI which supports multilingual data properties

UI which supports browsing, searching and CRUD operations over multilingual data properties.

If the user is a self-editor and opening his/her profile page, display of data in all languages and editing/adding/removing values for multiple languages should be enabled.

However, if user is not logged in, it might be reasonable that display of data depends on selected language in the user interface, if there is no label in that language, the English label should be displayed, if there is no English label then the first found label.
