Moving VIVO/Vitro-languages repositories into VIVO/Vitro repositories (Adopting pom.xml file) #3762

Once when translations are moved from .property files to ttl/n3 files, and VIVO/Vitro-languages repositories are gotten rid of language specific ftl files, there is no more need for separating those repositories from VIVO/Vitro codebase. Tasks (reported issues which should be checked)
