Update the installation instructions #3812

Update the README file to make generic text about installation instructions.

What's new?

Pointing to https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVODOC/All+Documentation for installation instructions.

How should this be tested?

Check whether the message is clear and whether the English is correct.

The link is redundant, and I think the brief instruction to find the installing VIVO is incomplete. Perhaps we should just add link to the latest version installation, https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVODOC113x/Installing+VIVO. Or if the wiki has a wild card for latest page from a template.

Not sure wiki has a wild card which might be useful here. If we decide to update the link for each version, at which moment we should do that? Probably when release candidate is without any reported issue and when we are starting publishing release. Actually, the difference between https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVODOC113x/Installing+VIVO and https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVODOC112x/Installing+VIVO is not a significant one, but starting from 1.14.0 languages repositories are not needed any more, and it is change in the installation instructions - https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/VIVODOC114x/Installing+VIVO.
