GitHub action(s) or docker container(s) for publishing release candidate should be created (for VIVO and Vitro). Actions/Containers might be based on scripts available at https://github.com/chenejac/VIVO-release-publisher
Additional context
This task might be extended with support for publishing release as well. However, it should be firstly discuss whether there might be some security issue.
