Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We need to define backup and recovery procedure for Jena TDB which is graph base by default for VIVO.

Describe the solution you'd like A wiki page should be created in VIVO technical documentation. The procedure should be described for Linux, Windows, and MacOS.
