UILabelsVocabulary.ttl namespace and PropertyKey class name should be modified to avoid confusion with core ontology #3862

This Vitro application-specific ontology should have a namespace outside of /core/ to avoid confusion with the VIVO core domain ontology. The class PropertyKey should be renamed as the key is just one attribute of the entity. Will submit PR with some suggested revisions.
