Declare tenderfoot and nemo themes deprecated #3926

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Due to limited developer resources, VIVO dev team will maintain only the wilma theme

Describe the solution you'd like Move tenderfoot and nemo themes into the directory deprecatedTheme. It can be still used, but there should be warning about using deprecated theme.

We will try to resolve this at the level of wiki documentation for VIVO 1.15.0.

Probably, we will keep at least two themes to be maintained (Tenderfoot and Wilma) due to a lot of requests from the community.
