UI: Mark translatable strings yes

It appeares that using "yes" is a common practice for translatable strings in GNOME apps.

I'll have to refuse this.

This is because I use Workbench and it formats it that way.

Since it doesn't cause any issues, I suggest let's keep it this way because in the future I might add some UI files with translatable=true which will cause some inconsistency.
