Include missing folders in solution and item group for copy to output directory #3

Added 3 folders Names, Images and Sounds and their files. These are available in the download copy but not in solution. This will also runtime errors when you run the application.

I added info about how to run it from code without adding those folders (that cause some trouble while developing) in repository in the README.md
