Redesign

A new design that is much more general than the old design.

• It allows one to have any number of projects that can be added and removed.
• The projects can be customized in terms of the files they index.
• Any number of user-defined tags can be added to each project.
• The media in a project can also be batch-processed with a shell command or with Python code.
• The models are also tested with unittests.
• vuejs is used for the UI instead of angularjs.

This supports everything that was originally done for one very specific project but in a very general manner that can be used by anyone.
