Pinned Visualizations #673

As a viz author, I want to be able to pull out specific vizzes on my profile so that they stand out, and I can find them more easily, and others that view my profile can also find them more easily. I want a way to show a curated collection of vizzes at the top of my profile page.

Ideas for feature scope:

Add a pin icon to the viz page.
Click to toggle "pinned" or "not pinned".
At the top of the profile page, show pinned vizzes in a special section called "Pinned".

Ideas from #610:

I specifically want to STAR my private Vizes. It's going to be my thing not public! and I am not that much interested in upvotes. I think it needs remake!

I would like to STAR my particular viz (the one with a lot of annotations). When it starred, it can move to collections or on the top of the profile page.

Why I need this feature: All my Vizs with a lot of annotations (which I need to access frequently) are lost in the other Vizs.

Here's an idea:

If you star one of your own vizzes, it gets pulled to the top of the profile.
