Snippet: Don't Grab Focus #696

As a viz author who has embedded a snippet into the viz description in README.md, I want to be able to edit the code of the viz and not have the cursor focus be taken into the embedded snippet.

Another use case: as a blog post viewer, I don't want the page to scroll to the embedded snippet when the page loads.
