Chat bot that provides help #703

As a viz user I would like to get help as soon as possible. A lot of sites provide help using bots that understand human questions. I would like to have an icon that activates chat with a bot that might provide me some help. Here are some examples: image image image

Bot can suggest links to posts in forum that match user question, or create new post and provide the newly created link and suggest to keep track that post
