Temporarily disabling this feature for now, just because I fear it may lead to a bad experience for folks using VizHub for live events like meetups or courses, where the students all appear in the editor but are just "watching" and there is no need to follow them.
Although, I do want to make this feature available soon for users, so let's prioritize adding the UI for toggling this (#739).
