Font names are same making having different unscii font types on a system impossible #2

So I wanted to install unscii-16 and unscii-8-mcr on a windows system due to editing programs requiring fonts be installed. The problem is that unscii-16 and unscii-8-mcr for some reason have same name unscii-8-mcr

The files I was installing were in TTF format but as I checked out OTF format and probably others have clobbered names too
