resolves #820

tested in Chrome, Safari, Firefox known issue in Firefox - node header element spacing is wrong. same as live site.

The current Keyboard Shortcuts -popup is also missing these keys:

Global: Redo: Shift-Meta-Z Global: Select All: Meta-A Global: Navigate to Patch: Shift-Tab

can they be added @gmarinov

as discussed, meta+a isn't global, and shift+meta+z seems a little redundant to list. i've added shift+tab under the Build column

Hmm. So merging this will take care of at least these:

820 : Update edit icon on Nested patches
2017 : CSS fix for "keyboard shortcut"
1915 : Shortcut dialogue text is misaligned due to line break
2012 : Tweaked text, added 0-9 hotkeys
1165 : a way to put more keyboard shortcuts in help panel
~~#1255~~ actually while popup hover over is quicker now, it doesn't address the actual issue of firefox weirdness re: popup/hover-over
