Change names of "Text" patches for clarity

Currently 3 patches are called "Text" i suggest we rename as follows

nested patch Text > Display text
input field Text > Input text
other – not sure what this does – can anyone tell me ? Could be left as "text" but if it doesnt cause text to be displayed then it should not be called Text but something more appropriate to its function

Also remove duplicate patch for "3D model" which is a dupe of "3D Geometry loader" @fthr

@fthr if these are removed / renamed - will previous patches stop working? seems like they would, right?
