calender add malfunction #312

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
Trying to commit an "calender add" one or more month ahead do not work,
e.g.

$google calendar add --cal "tv" "jobbar dag 2010-11-01"

2.
This works:

$ google calendar add --cal "tv" "jobbar dag 2010-10-31"
$ date
Sun Oct 10 10:08:52 CEST 2010

3.

What is the expected output?

A note in the calender when browsing.

What do you see instead?

No note.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? What
version of gdata-python-client (aka python-gdata)?

$ google --version
google 0.9.9

$ uname -a
Linux fredrik-laptop 2.6.31-22-generic #65-Ubuntu SMP Thu Sep 16 15:48:58 UTC
2010 i686 GNU/Linux

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm guessing that your calendar "tv" is not set to English as its language. If
so, this is a duplicate of issue 211 -- quick add will not work for non-english
calendars.

If I'm wrong, let me know. If I'm right, you may want to star issue 72 to show
your support for that enhancement.
