Add PT-BR (Brazilian Portuguese) translation #174

This is my proposed PT-BR translation for the theme. Theme users can set the site language to pt-br and the theme should show Braziliam Portuguese default texts.

@lgfischer thanks for PR, though I do not speak Portuguese and will trust that PR/file is correct without any testing.

Thanks @Pilskalns! I'm a native portuguese speaker, and I'm sure the translation is pretty good :)
