Remove App ID from the back end to resynchronise #50

Hi, we struggled to authorise our app to make use of the AL Object ID Ninja, only to find out that it must have been already authorised in the past. I know, you must be getting a lot of these request, but it would be awesome if you could get in touch with us and remove our App ID from the back end, if possible, pretty please. We tried to work around it, but it simply made matters worse. If there is a way for us to solve it, please let me know.

And thank you for developing the app in the first place. It's been great in the other projects so far!
