Does this extension support a feature like field ID reservation for TransferField-Tables such as SalesHeader, SalesInvoiceHeader, SalesShipmentHeader, etc.?
If not, I would like to submit this as a feature request. :)
It should function as follows:
When you obtain an ID for a field on SalesHeader, it should then remove that ID from the available ID pool on all shared TransferField-Tables.
P.S.: I really enjoyed the session about code coverage that you presented at Directions in Lyon. :)
