Global config not being saved #73

When adding new RG instance (in global Jenkins tools config), it's not saved. Very likely broken by adding custom RG path option (or broken somewhere around this change)

This is actually issue related to Jenkins version, for 1.X work well, while for 2.X where tools config was moved from global config into separate one, it's broken.
