Special Price cannot be reset to null from the vehicle edit page #64

When updating a car, the special price cannot be set to null and is showing on 
the home page as $0.00.

Either, handle this on the home page to not show the special price if it is $0 
or handle it on the vehicle edit page to be able to reset it to null, if needed.
