Exception when Cars are not associated to HomePage groups #76

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login to Admin Console
2. Click on Home Page groups
3. Remove cars from the groups
4. Save changes
5. Access Home Page

Error page shows up.

We should restrict the changes on Home page groups to have atleast one car 
associated to it.
