Handle Tumblr image upload fail more gracefully #62

60 was due to Tumblr upload failing, a very common issue (see http://2slick.com/web/error-uploading-photo-on-tumblr/affordablewebsitestips/tutorials ) which can happen when image is saved with improper extension, etc. Tumblr share button and the /share API doesn't handle this case particularly well and I don't really see an easy way to fix it. Possible alternative is to bring this up on whatever support forum or whatever Tumblr has.

Well FYI I dropped this on to the Tumblr API google group when I applied for membership, we'll see what happens.
