Pet damage not linked with Summoner #1

Known pets:
Spiritmaster spirits, ex-Fire Spirit
Spiritmaster servants, ex-Water Energy
Cleric's Holy Servant
Ranger traps, ex-Poison Traps

Issue:
Spiritmaster spirits perform a variety of attacks.  Other pets usually 
perform one attack, i.e. Holy Servant attacks with Summon Holy Servant III 
Effect.  These should be associated with it's summoner.  However, determining 
the owner of the pet becomes impossible once more than one pet of the same 
name is summoned.

Direction:
When a summon action is caught in the logs; the summoner and pet is recorded.  
If a pet 
with the same name performs an action, that action will be attributed to the 
summoner 
instead.  i.e. if Poisoning Trap afflicts Mau Bodyguard with Poison, then 
poison damage 
will be recorded as if the ranger did poison damage to the Mau Bodyguard 
directly with 
Summon Poisoning Trap spell.
