Proc damage is from Godstones not linked to user. The logs also give no
indication whose Godstone does the "Magical Fire Damage Effect". According
to snackalot, the proc can happen instantly during duels, or a second later
as in the following example with Kagome's proc.

2010.02.01 20:24:23 : Fire Spirit recovered 1,920 HP because Cell used
Replenish Element III.
2010.02.01 20:24:23 : Anuhart Shadow received 581 damage due to the effect
of Earth's Wrath IV.
2010.02.01 20:24:23 : Anuhart Shadow received 663 damage due to the effect
of Magical Fire Damage Effect.
We are sure that Magic Boost increases the effect of Godstone damage.
Unfortunately, mob resistances decreases the damage; and magic boost
formula and mob resistances values and formula are unknown.
Given so much unknown, it is deemed impossible to link proc damage to the
owner when there are two users of identical godstones.
