Support for reStructuredText merged cells? #48

Does this support the merging of cells in reStructuredText tables? Every time I press tab, the cells I merge (by deleting the extra |) are made separate again.

No, it is only supported for Markdown and Textile

Fair enough. I would support merged cell support but don't have time to send a PR right now.
