Would it be possible to support animated .gif as an output format? Thanks for your consideration!

Animated GIF is not present in the GStreamer Framework.

Since the beginning of this year 2023 there is a gif encoder for GStreamer. So I do a reopen and set the flag enhancement.

I have to correct that, Gif support only on Linux. There are big problems with Windows.

Since version 4.1.0, gif has also been available on Windows.
