[Feature request] Adding separate shortcuts for Start/Stop and Pause/Resume, also adding screen Notification (similar to countdown when Start recording) #217

VokoscreenNG is a great software and once you use the correct configuration it has low bit rate (better than Vokoscreen) and good quality, for me the configuration is: (mp4, x264 video codec, 30-Medium for quality, and 24 fps). However I strongly hope it has the following features that helps the user to have more control over recording: 1- An option for separate shortcut for all cases: Starting, Stopping, Pausing, and Resuming recording. 2- A screen notification (similar to countdown when starting) for all cases: Starting, Stopping, Pausing, and Resuming.

I hope those features be implemented in the next release.
