Can't logon anymore, the screen becomes back and returns to the login screen... This behaves as if the disk is full.
Post what is in the settings and the log

[vokoscreenNG]
Version=3.5.0-beta-01
There is no log, to avoid wasting time, I had to reinstall gdm
and xorg-x11-*
and remove all the config files related to them.
The only thing I recognize from the .ini is that vokoscreenNG was on the system for the first time.
I'm trying to download CentOS 8 and install vokoscreenNG. All this in a VirtualBox.
I will try again later, what can I do to have more logs? Centos 8 Stream, not Centos 8 (which is EOL)
I have install centos from here: http://isoredirect.centos.org/centos/8-stream/isos/x86_64/
Then changed to x11: https://www.sbarjatiya.com/notes_wiki/index.php/CentOS_8.x_gnome_change_default_gdm_from_wayland_to_X11
Then installed vokoscreen Beta from here: https://linuxecke.volkoh.de/vokoscreen/vokoscreen-download.html
No problem it is works fine.
Centos 8 Stream, not Centos 8 (which is EOL)
I installed this iso CentOS-Stream-8-x86_64-20221005-boot.iso from here https://de.mirrors.clouvider.net/CentOS/8-stream/isos/x86_64/
Compiled from source, branch 3.0.
It f**d up something, I don't even understand why this app needs to touch anything that important that kills gnome.
