Custom command to encode #268

I've been trying to run a custom command to encode with x265. I'm editing the ini file. Ive tried this:

Create section [Encoder], [Video], [Settings] or [Recorder] with the options ffmpeg_cmd, ffmpeg_options, codec_options or codec_params

Can you point me to the right direction?

None of these seens to work.

Edit: I'm using v3.0.7
