Make sure coverage on `tests` files get excluded by `pytest` #8

Not sure why I've been seeing the tests sources show up in test coverage, but we may consider passing an arg to explicitly exclude them just in case.

I think this turned out to be an issue of something else (project-specific) - this should never happen.
