Drop The LivingStyleguide Gem #354

The living style guide (.lsg) gem is no longer actively maintained and relies on community PRs to stay up to date now. Since I don't think we have the man-power to help maintain gems, we should just drop it. Afterwards, #330 can be readdressed.

I think it would be most straightforward to add a new controller and views folder for the styleguide so that we can make use of standard .erb partials and digested assets.

@Watercycle - should we still do this with our move to Vue and Webpack? Is there a good alternative we can use?
